Technical Lead Manager, Cloud Modernization

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.

5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

3 years of experience in people management (e.g., hiring, growth, etc.).

Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows), Java frameworks, networks, on-premises and cloud technologies (e.g., VMware, Public Clouds).

Experience in designing and implementing cloud services and solutions and enterprise grade container technologies.

Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Experience in data analytics.

Responsibilities
Manage a small team and work with other local and remote teams to develop those products.

Build goals, roadmap, planning and innovation opportunities for the domain and collaborate with different teams and roles to drive it.

Work closely with customers/partners all around the world to understand requirements and to support their usage of our products.
Lead products used by Google Cloud customers for modernization of their business critical applications.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
