Summary:

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Instructional Designer to join our Customer Education Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing instructional materials that captivate and educate our users. You will own the learning content development process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand learning objectives.
Follow the microlearning methodology to design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, and interactive guides.
Assist in updating the Help Center to ensure it reflects the latest product updates, aligning with the evolving educational needs and product enhancements.
Utilize creative storytelling techniques to make complex information accessible and engaging.
Ensure all content is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand voice.
Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials based on feedback and user performance data.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
Strong creative skills with a passion for designing engaging learning experiences.
Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
