Reporting directly to the Chief Solutions Officer, you will shape the future of our technological landscapes and operational architecture. This role offers the chance to lead IT operations, NOC, quality assurance, and security operations, transforming challenges into strategic opportunities. You will also collaborate with an exceptional team to design and implement advanced systems accommodating eToro's consistent and rapid growth.

Requirements:

Exceptional leadership abilities, with over 15 years of experience, and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker focused on delivering significant business value.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong partnerships.
Deep expertise in IT operations, security, and network operations center management.
Experience in crafting and deploying technology solutions and optimizing operational processes.
Awareness of the latest industry practices and technologies, ideally with experience in the financial or investment sectors.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
