Bynet Data Centers is a leading and significant player in the data center market in Israel, with 7 sites at the highest security levels. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Admin to join our leading team and work in an advanced, dynamic, and challenging technological environment Responsibilities: Assist with the administrative aspects of the sales cycle, from generating price quotations to processing orders . Prepare and send out offers, proposals, and quotes to clients Track and manage client communications and documentation Support with day-to-day tasks and follow-ups Digital Presence: Manage the company’s social media profiles (primarily LinkedIn), scheduling posts and engaging with the community to increase brand visibility. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications B.A. in Marketing & Management, Business Administration, o r equivalent - mandatory. 1–2 years in an administrative, sales support, admin or coordinator role – must Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew - must Highly organized with attention to detail - must Hands-on experience supporting sales Experience preparing documents or quotes/offers Experience with Office – must and Monday system - advantage Results-driven, highly committed, and self-motivated team player with strong communication skills Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to new challenges
