Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analysts are responsible for analysing client requirements, translating them into system solutions, and supporting the delivery, implementation, and improvement of software systems within a global team.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse client requirements and perform gap analysis
Define use cases, specifications, and high-level test cases
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Support project delivery and release schedules in line with SLAs
Collaborate with technical and QA teams to ensure requirements are met
Support system implementation and data migration
Provide 2nd line support and issue resolution
Deliver client training and knowledge transfer
Key Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business-related field
4+ years' experience in business/system analysis
Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
SQL proficiency
Knowledge of SDLC and financial/payments systems (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
