We are a leading defense company looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) with the ability to plan, monitor and push forward our projects.

Job description:

Task Tracking: Monitoring the progress of project tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met, providing regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders.

Support: Providing administrative support to the project manager and project team.

Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, such as schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

Resource Management: Assisting with the allocation and management of resources needed for the project.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues and helping to resolve them.

Communication: Acting as a liaison between the project manager and the project team, ensuring that information flows smoothly.

Requirements:

Education: BA / B.Sc. or equivalent work experience (up to 3 years of experience).
Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
Defense industry experience – advantage
Excellent English
Fast learner, independent, creative, self-motivated
