What You’ll Be Doing:

Event Strategy & Execution: Develop & Execute event strategies – Plan, manage, and optimize large-scale events, including summits, workshops, and networking sessions, ensuring seamless execution across multiple regions
Lead Generation & Pipeline Acceleration: Drive Lead Generation & Sales pipeline growth – Design and implement event strategies that attract the right audience, generate high-quality leads, and support post-event engagement to accelerate the sales pipeline.
Global Event Management: Oversee event coordination across various time zones and regions, maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and a top-tier attendee experience.
Content & Agenda Development: Create compelling event content and develop engaging event agendas, speaker materials, and promotional content that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
Stakeholder & Speaker Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to define event themes, recruit impactful speakers, and ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles (ICP).
Marketing & Promotion: Drive attendance and engagement through strategic marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, email marketing, social media promotion, and paid media.
Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs with vendors, venues, and sponsors to maximize ROI.
Metrics & Reporting: Track event performance and report insights, analyze event success through key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven insights to enhance future event strategies.
Internal Event Leadership: Plan and execute company-wide internal events, including team-building activities and leadership summits, fostering a strong corporate culture.
Attention to Detail & Operational Excellence: Manage all event logistics, from pre-event planning to on-site execution and post-event follow-up, delivering a flawless experience for attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in event marketing or event management, specifically in the B2B tech industry - MUST
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the entire event lifecycle, from strategic planning and logistics to seamless execution and post-event analysis - MUST
Proven track record of generating MQLs and contributing to the sales pipeline through event-driven demand generation, with a strong ability to measure the impact of events on pipeline growth – MUST
Hands-on experience in vendor coordination, event logistics, and audience engagement
Proven organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
Experience in content creation, including developing event agendas, speaker presentations, and promotional materials
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, speakers, and external partners.
High-level English, both written and spoken
Flexibility to travel internationally for events
