Responsibilities:
Drive the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions, focusing on scalability and reliability.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence within the RnD organization.
Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Promote Agile development
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of developers talent.
Build a long-term roadmap and short-term plans towards product delivery
Requirements:
10+ years working on a large production environment with many types of services, databases, and components – Must
Architecture and Software Design experience
Experience and knowledge in real time image processing as well as ML / NN
Familiarity with Azure
Proven experience managing teams larger than 60 employees.
Strong understanding of development practices and cloud-native architectures.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation.
Have successful experience in executing vast technical product developments, from concept to production
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong technical development background; hands-on mentality
Microservices and infrastructure intense understanding
Familiarity with forgeries, IDV, data retention policy, privacy – advantage
