About the Role

We're looking for a highly hands-on, AI-oriented Head of Marketing who will own the end-to-end GTM strategy while directly orchestrating campaigns, generating enterprise pipelines, and positioning Bringoz as a category leader. You will lead an agile core team (Design, Content, SEO) while staying close to the work balancing high-level strategic direction with daily execution.

What You’ll Do

GTM & Growth Strategy: Own and execute the global GTM strategy to drive scalable, data-driven enterprise pipeline growth.
Demand Gen & ABM: Build, launch, and optimize targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound, and outbound programs for enterprise clients.
Digital & Content Performance: Own digital growth across SEO, GEO, website conversion, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
Marketing Ops & Automation: Manage our HubSpot stack, marketing automation workflows, email nurturing campaigns, and performance analytics.
Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Sales to create high-impact enablement assets, including case studies, pitch decks, and customer success stories.
Brand & Thought Leadership: Increase brand authority through webinars, PR, industry events, analyst relations, and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
AI Integration: Actively apply AI tools to accelerate content generation, market research, workflow automation, and performance reporting.
KPIs & Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, measuring clear KPIs including marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, ROI, and conversion metrics.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience driving global B2B SaaS marketing initiatives (Enterprise focus).
Proven track record in building multi-channel enterprise pipelines through ABM, demand gen, SEO, paid media, and content marketing.
AI-oriented mindset: Practical, daily experience using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and scale execution.
Deep proficiency with HubSpot , marketing automation, lead scoring, and web analytics.
Strong background in digital growth, SEO/GEO strategies, and conversion rate optimization
Native/fluent English communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
Proven experience leading small, high-performing teams/agencies while remaining deeply execution-focused.

Nice to Have

Experience in logistics, supply chain, mobility, or field service SaaS.
Track record of scaling marketing operations in a fast-growing startup.
Existing connections with logistics media, analysts, and industry influencers.
