We are looking for a Team Leader QA Tester with a proven experience in communication system for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, on-site, in Netanya.

The job requires fieldwork in different locations around the country.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the testing and integration team.

Design, implement, and maintain integration and testing processes across multiple systems.

Perform integration, functional, regression, and other types of testing.

Identify, troubleshoot, and track issues and defects within integrated systems.

Manage the automation of integration tests where applicable.

Work closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize integration processes.

Optimize testing for integration while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Train and professionally manage team members.

Generate detailed reports on test results and integration outcomes, with suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience in integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - must

Experience with integration testing of complex, multi-system environments.

Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

xperience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps frameworks.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams

Advantage: Experience in integrating cloud-based systems or SaaS tools.
