We are seeking a Trading Product Manager who will champion the development of innovative, user-centric trading products at eToro. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the intersection of financial markets, consumer technology, and product management to shape our next generation of trading features and experiences.

As the Trading Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding market trends, analyzing user needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the product roadmap for our core trading experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own the trading product roadmap: Define the strategic vision and objectives for eToro’s trading platform, aligning them with overall company goals.
Lead end-to-end product development: From opportunity analysis and concept ideation to MVP creation, launch, and iterative improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, QA, compliance, data analytics, and marketing teams to deliver trading features on time and within scope.
Understand user needs: Conduct continuous discovery, user research, and data analysis to gain insight into investor behavior and preferences.
Optimize trading flows: Streamline the user experience for order execution, portfolio management, trade confirmations, and advanced trading tools.
Leverage market insights: Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Drive product performance: Define KPIs, monitor the performance of your features, and iterate based on data-driven insights to optimize engagement and ROI.
Ensure compliance: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure trading features meet regulatory requirements in each of the markets where eToro operates.
Champion user-centricity: Advocate for best-in-class UX/UI and maintain a strong user empathy in all product decisions.

Requirements:

3+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company, with at least 3 years in a consumer-facing (B2C) environment or a highly regulated industry (e.g., FinTech).
Deep understanding of trading and financial markets—experience in multi-asset trading platforms (e.g., stocks, crypto, commodities, forex).
Proven track record of launching successful products that drive user engagement and business impact.
Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and product analytics tools.
Excellent stakeholder management: Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams and influence decisions at various levels.
User-focused mindset: Strong empathy for traders and investors, with a knack for translating complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences.
Familiarity with agile methodologies: Comfortable leading sprints, prioritizing backlogs, and adjusting roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills: Able to articulate vision, strategy, and product updates clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
