SAP Expert & Business Systems Support

*Job Description*
We are looking for an experienced *SAP Expert* to join the Business Systems team at a leading organization.

*What will you do?*
* Provide *Level 1 SAP support*, including troubleshooting, user permissions management, and implementation of new processes.
* Work closely with *global business analysts* to resolve issues and implement system changes.
* Manage *global IT requests* and track their resolution for local users.
* Participate in *global initiatives* and lead their implementation locally.
* Ensure compliance with *quality and regulatory standards* (ISO13485, ISO27001).

*Job Requirements*
* *3+ years of experience* working with SAP in a *Key User* or support role, with expertise in at least two of the following modules: *PP / MM / SD / FI* – _Mandatory_.
* Experience in an *industrial organization* in manufacturing or sales – _Mandatory_.
* *High-level English proficiency* – _Mandatory_.
* Experience in *medical or regulated industries* (e.g., defense) – _Strong advantage_.
* Experience in *user access and authorization management* – _Advantage_.
* Relevant *academic degree* or *professional SAP training* – _Advantage_.
