We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our digital presence by ensuring seamless content updates, efficient CMS management, and effective collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Optimizely CMS, GA4 and other web analytical tools and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities

Content Management: Maintain and update website content using Optimizely CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, alignment with company standards, and contributing to growth-focused content improvements based on performance insights.
CMS Administration: Manage the technical and structural aspects of the CMS, including workflows and troubleshooting, while optimizing configurations to support scalable growth and data-driven content operations.
Website Maintenance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website enhancements, troubleshoot issues, SEO, GEO and ensure optimal performance related to engagement and conversion goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to support their web content needs, provide guidance on best practices, and translate data and user behavior trends into actionable web improvements.
Project Coordination: Assist in website-related projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to business requirements.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular website audits, perform testing, and ensure high-quality user experience across all web properties.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze site performance, interpret key metrics, user behavior, and conversion data, and suggest product-oriented improvements that drive engagement, efficiency, and growth.
Works closely with IT, developers and vendors on site, application and component developments and overall improvements, and business growth objectives.

Skills & Requirements

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in website management, content management, or a related role.
CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly EPiServer) is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with UI/UX assessment and basic web development principles is a plus.
Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across departments and managing stakeholder expectations.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all website updates.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and improving website functionality.
Global Experience: Comfort working in a diverse, international environment and collaborating with remote teams.
Capable of multi-tasking, highly reliable, self-motivated, target and deadline driven.
Ability to work quickly in a fast paced, dynamically changing environment.
Fluency in English required
