AI Solutions Leader

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Leader with deep expertise in AI tools, technologies, and cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

This role will play a significant part in defining and implementing Commit’s AI & GenAI strategy and roadmap. The successful candidate will lead Commit’s AI initiatives, collaborate closely with customers to deliver innovative solutions, and serve as a technical expert in AI technologies. As an AI Leader, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes based on their investments in AI technology. Leveraging your Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Gen AI cloud based tools technical expertise, you will lead technical conversations with customers and colleagues, driving value to our customers. Responsibilities:

Accelerate new customer opportunities from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Production.

Provide customers with Generative AI expertise and advisory through architecture designs, proof of concepts, production reviews, and pre- and post-sales support.

Expand and grow AI adoption for the existing customer base.

Drive product improvement and influence roadmap with Engineering through deep technical insights.

Increase AI technical intensity in the field through upskilling, sharing best practices.

Own the technical relationship between customers and partners, serving as the main point of contact for all technical matters.

Lead AI initiatives, collaborating closely with customers to build technical capability and create innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Prior experience delivering AI-enabled solutions (Machine Learning, General AI, NLP, Search, MLOps, Open-source AI frameworks, AI Infrastructure, architecture design, or Generative AI).

Experience with LLM frameworks.

Proven years of experience creating AI Proof of Concepts and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and supporting production deployments.

4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development, or technology solutions.

2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

Extensive experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, especially with deploying AI models.

Proficiency in programming languages, including Python.

Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.

Experience in architecting deployments for production in an enterprise setting including infrastructure knowledge, security, networking, and other considerations.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
