Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6 )
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments
- Experience in PHP and working with Drupal
- Experience with SQL databases – MySQL, SQL Server
- Experience with NoSQL databases – MongoDB
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with Strapi – an advantage
Soft Skills:
- Strong system-level thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for clean code, testing, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Education - BA in industrial - Lead technical decision-making and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
- Design and implement efficient, modular, and maintainable codebases
- Guide and mentor team members; share knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: product, design, QA, and infrastructure
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Maintain high awareness of industry trends and propose relevant innovations
