Technical Project Manager

We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys turning complex technical initiatives into successful real world deployments. You’ll act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, owning delivery from kickoff through launch and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with enterprise customers, guide AI platform implementations, and ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and with impact. What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing technical projects, from onboarding through production launch.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, timelines, and communication.
Translate customer requirements into clear technical plans and coordinate execution with engineering, product, and design teams.
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple customer initiatives.
Guide customers through platform setup, integrations, and AI workflow implementations.
Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing support and long-term customer success teams.
Provide clear visibility to customers and internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.

Requirements:

About You:

3+ years of experience in technical project management, implementation management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
Strong technical foundation, comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, system architecture, and workflows with engineers and customers.
Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy being the connective tissue between teams.
