Product Manager

XTEND is seeking a Product Manager to support the company's rapid growth, manage and develop product lines, initiate and grow new product initiatives, and assist the Product department's overall efforts.

Responsibilities:

Build product requirements based on company strategy, product roadmap, and customer feedback, needs, and requests.
Translate product requirements into user stories, supporting the R&D effort to plan, design, and execute SCRUM sprints.
Represent the Product department in inter-company discussions and decision-making processes.
Closely interact with customers and design partners, sharing company knowledge externally and generating insights internally.
Create in-depth, clear bottom-line analyses regarding various areas of interest for the Product department, such as competitive landscape, feature maps, and more.
Support the company's ongoing, high-volume content creation from a Product perspective, ranging from commercial PR to product marketing decks.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1+ years of experience as a product professional.
Excellent presentation skills in English and Hebrew, capable of explaining complex technical product features to both engineers and customers.
Proven strong engineering orientation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to initiate, drive, and lead processes from ideation to execution.
Detail-oriented and process-oriented.
An independent thinker who can challenge peers and managers.
