Product Specialist Hematology

Helps interpret sales data for assigned Oncology/Hematology products within a specific geographic area.

Expands and applies enhanced understanding of customer organizations, networks, and diverse influences that affect customer decisions.

Helps generate key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders.

Responds to inquiries from newly converted customers, and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.

Communicates with other sales representatives around common objectives to coordinate selling efforts.

Helps deliver branded sales messages.

Operates and enhances use of available technologies, marketing assets and channels to support sales calls.

Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Previous experience of at least 4 years as a medical representative / N.B

• International pharmaceutical experience - an advantage

• Experience in oncology/hematology - an advantage

Abilities:

• Competitiveness and agility: proven experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment where high versatility is required

• Field work - independent ability to prioritize, manage and perform tasks

• Teamwork - great emphasis on interpersonal communication and excellent teamwork skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Scientific orientation - capacity for intensive learning and analysis of scientific and professional material and analysis of scientific and professional content

• Knowledge and ability to work in a digital environment

• Independent field management at a high level, systemic vision, ongoing prioritization of clients and tasks

Other requirements:

• B.Sc

• Fluent English

• Valid driver's license
