We are looking for a Backend Team Leader for our CloudGuard CNAPP – Backend team.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the team's strategic technical direction
Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team
Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.
Conduct design reviews, service health monitoring processes, and development and deployment processes
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to align product initiatives with business goals and drive successful go-to-market strategies, product adoption, and growth.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in management positions
5+ years of experience developing web applications (using JavaScript or TypeScript will be an advantage)
A customer-focused attitude and experience working with customers
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Experience in architecture and design of large-scale scalable and high-performance web production systems
Passionate leader with a deep desire to make an impact
Expertise with big data technologies and building corresponding pipelines
Proficiency with CI/CD processes
Knowledge of Cloud development
