What will your job look like
End-to-End Program Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, production readiness, and alignment with quality standards for AV product lines.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, including hardware, software, QA, and senior leadership, to achieve seamless execution and inspire alignment.
Problem Solving and Adaptability: Proactively address roadblocks and risks with creative solutions while excelling in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Strategic Communication and Reporting: Provide high-level updates to executives and stakeholders, showcasing program progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Operational Excellence and Technical Expertise: Optimize workflows, manage complex projects efficiently, and leverage technical fluency to bridge the gap between engineering details and strategic objectives.
All you need is
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in engineering project management or similar roles, including end-to-end product development and deployment in high-tech industries.
Hands-on experience in multidisciplinary development or familiarity with Autonomous Vehicle (AV) technologies is a strong advantage; experience with ASPICE for Automotive.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus).
