Utron, a global public company specializing in the design, development, and implementation of automated logistics systems and robotic parking solutions, is seeking an Electrical Design Team Leader to lead the Electrical & Control Systems Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Electrical Engineers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and day-to-day support.
Design electrical and control systems for automated material handling equipment, robotic parking systems, and automated logistics centers.
Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support contractors during installation and commissioning, both in Israel and abroad.
Provide technical support during project execution and system commissioning.

Requirements:

Practical Engineering diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong technical orientation and the ability to quickly learn new systems – mandatory.
Experience working with computerized systems – mandatory.
Experience in technical support, software support, monitoring, or control room operations – advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
