CrazyLabs is a global leader in mobile gaming with 7B+ downloads. We’re looking for a Creative Lead to guide the creative vision for our top hybrid-casual and casual games and lead a talented team of motion and design experts.

What You’ll Do

Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games
Manage and mentor a squad of motion designers, graphic designers, and creative developers
Drive high-performing marketing creatives (videos, playables, IECs, GIFs, static)
Oversee App Store visuals (icons, screenshots, titles, videos)
Build and optimize creative testing methodologies
Partner with UA teams to make fast, data-driven creative decisions
Identify and set new creative trends in the gaming space

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles
Hybrid-casual experience and Simulation games- a huge advantage
Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns
Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy
Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in leading a team
Fluent in English
Live and breathe social trends
Motion design background- nice to have
