About the Role
We’re looking for a People & Office Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in creating a smooth, engaging, and effective work environment. This role blends operational responsibility with a people-first mindset, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll report directly to the VP HR and serve as a key operational and cultural enabler for the organization.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Tel Aviv office.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Operations
Oversee daily office management: facilities, vendors, supplies, equipment, and general upkeep
Serve as the main point of contact for internal operational needs and external service providers
Serve as the main point of contact for the IL office employees.
Operate and optimize administrative processes including document handling, shared drive and data management.
Support coordination of legal, financial, and vendor-related administrative workflows (e.g. NDAs, service agreements, contractor onboarding, and reconciliations)
HR & People Operations
Support the execution of HR operational processes: onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, contracts, and compliance documentation
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Prepare HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance)
Coordinate internal communications and support company-wide people initiatives
Employee Experience & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building initiatives
Own office vibe: ensure a positive, inclusive, and well-organized workspace
Support wellness, DEI, and employee recognition programs
Be a cultural ambassador who promotes company values and a great employee experience

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in an office/operations/HR-related role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or project management tools – a plus
Bi-Lingual (native) Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
