DevOps Engineer (Security oriented)

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in security and SOC2 compliance to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in DevOps, with expertise in AWS and a deep understanding of security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS and other cloud services
Integrate security practices into every stage of the system development
Implement and maintain security tools and practices within the CI/CD pipeline
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate risks
Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring rapid and effective resolution
Ensure compliance with SOC2 standards and other relevant regulations
Prepare and coordinate documentation for security audits and compliance certifications
Interact with external auditors and provide necessary evidence and technical documentation

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on AWS and security best practices
Deep understanding of AWS services and

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
Solid understanding of security protocols, encryption techniques, and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR, etc.)
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools - Terraform or Crossplane
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
