עבודה שוטפת מול לוגיסטיקה- ספירות מלאי, MRB ומיונים, החזרות, איזוני פקעות, מעקב רמות חו"ג
עבודה שוטפת מול תפ"י- תיאום תכנית עבודה חודשית ושבועית, הפצת התכנית לרצפה ומעקב אחר התקדמות (PAS), הובלת סטטוס העלאת והורדת מפעל, תקשור היעדים העסקיים ברצפת הייצור
צוותים מובילים- אחריות להסמכת מדווחי ייצור וחומרנים, הדרכות ידע ומבחני רמה לצוותים, בניית נוהל דיוול ועבודה עם מסופונים, סיכומי משמרות, שותף בסטאנדים משמרתיים, בחינת רמות פסילה ודיווח לפי תקלות
שותף מלא לתכניות הבטיחות בכפוף לIP+ מובילי סיקורי 6S
שיקוף מצבת כוח אדם לתפ"י לתכנון הייצור
הובלת פרוייקטי CR בעולמות הלוגיסטיקה והאופרציה
אחראי למעקב משימות במחלקה

שותף ל-PI בהובלת למידות בטיחות ואיכות

מיומנויות נדרשות - יכולת הקשבה והכלה, יכולת העברת מסרים, עבודה בצוות, אסרטיביות, סדר וארגון, מולטיטסקינג, ראייה מערכתית, תעדוף משימות והבחנה בין עיקר לתפל, יוזמה והנעת תהליכים

ידע בסיסי במערכות ERP- יתרון

הנדסאי/ת תעשייה וניהול או ניסיון של שנה בתעשייה-חובה

היכרות עם מפעלי פלסטיק- יתרון

Responsibilities (English):

Ongoing work with Logistics – inventory counts, MRB and sorting, returns, pellet balancing, monitoring raw material levels.

Ongoing work with PPC (Production Planning & Control) – coordination of monthly and weekly production plans, distribution of the plan to the production floor and monitoring progress (PAS), leading plant ramp-up and ramp-down status updates, communicating business targets on the production floor.

Leading teams – responsible for certification of production reporters and material handlers, knowledge training and proficiency tests for teams, building reporting procedures and working with handheld terminals, shift summaries, participating in shift stand-up meetings, reviewing scrap levels and reporting according to faults.

Full partner in safety programs in accordance with IP+, leading 6S audit activities.

Reflecting workforce status to PPC for production planning.

Leading CR projects in logistics and operations.

Responsible for task tracking within the department.

Partner in PI activities, supporting the implementation of safety and quality measures.

Qualifications (English):

Full proficiency in Hebrew

Basic proficiency in English

Basic knowledge of Excel

Required skills: ability to listen and show empathy, ability to communicate messages clearly, teamwork, assertiveness, organization and order, multitasking, systemic thinking, task prioritization and the ability to distinguish between primary and secondary matters, initiative and the ability to drive processes.

Basic knowledge of ERP systems – an advantage

Industrial Engineering and Management technician diploma or one year of industry experience – required

Familiarity with plastic manufacturing plants – an advantage.
