Floor 47 is a new initiative at Deloitte Israel, implementing the Deloitte Greenhouse methodology. Globally, thousands of executives have leveraged The Deloitte Greenhouse® Experience to address significant business challenges.

Drawing on insights from over 8,000 sessions with corporate leaders, The Deloitte Greenhouse® Breakthrough Labs ( = Workshops) are grounded in robust scientific research from group dynamics, environmental psychology, design thinking, and innovation theory.

About the Position:

This position presents a distinct opportunity to join our new practice as a Lab Project Manager, contributing to the design of all business elements within the lab.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in developing and implementing 47 Floor labs for Deloitte Israel’s strategic clients.

Responsibilities includes:

Supporting the Lab team, collaborating with Deloitte Partners to ensure outstanding client experiences, and engaging with senior client executives. This visible and impactful role offers substantial responsibility and valuable professional development opportunities.

Lab Design

• Support the lab's design by conducting research, analysis, interviews, and consolidating strategic findings.

• Lab Project Manager is responsible for executing the lab process, including planning, producing, and managing all lab materials and tools, whether physical or digital.

• Participate in and document lab sessions and develop experiences for lab participants.

• Apply production skills and creativity throughout each lab activity.

Lab Delivery

• Ensure efficient lab operations by managing the lab structure, overseeing all materials and related digital tools, presenting relevant content, maintaining accountability for digital assets, and acting as the primary logistics point of contact.

• Facilitate lab break-out activities under the mentorship of Lab Managers and Lab Leads.

• Update lab materials in real-time and develop comprehensive documentation for each lab, including capturing notes and organizing information.

Project Management

• Provide logistics, operational support, and project management for Client Academy labs and events.

• Meet milestones, escalate risks, report, and maintain documentation and collaboration systems.

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years professional work experience

• Facilitation experience is an advantage

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in strategic thinking, with the capacity to summarize group discussions and guide abstract conversations into actionable topics.

• Native-level English

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (Hebrew and English)
