Description

As part of the Location Software Quality team, you will lead test development and automation efforts for wireless location systems, collaborating with software, hardware, and QA teams globally. Your responsibilities will include building scalable test infrastructure, driving automated validation pipelines, and using data to inform product quality and design. You’ll serve as a key technical contributor and mentor, influencing not only test coverage but the architecture of the overall system. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to align teams around clear quality goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience leading system-level testing for complex wireless products, with end-to-end project execution.
Strong background in wireless technologies, including Bluetooth, WiFi, UWB, and GNSS, and their role in location-aware systems.
Expertise in test strategy development, use case creation, and automation frameworks.
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python) for test automation, data processing, and validation.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to drive engineering decisions based on empirical results.
Experience working with remote, multi-functional teams and managing cross-team dependencies.
Familiarity with debugging tools, regular expressions (regex), and wireless protocol analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer engineering/Computer science or equivalent
