An experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance real-time software solutions for medical technology products. The role requires strong expertise in C++, C#, software architecture, and modern development tools in a Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robust real-time software applications using C++, C# and WPF.
Lead software design activities and apply industry-standard design patterns and architectural principles.
Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements through verification and release.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers, QA, product management, and regulatory stakeholders.
Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices.
Support troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of deployed products.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C++ development.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C# development.
Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience developing real-time software systems.
experience with .NET desktop application development.
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows OS.
Proficiency with Visual Studio.
Experience developing and debugging multi-threaded software applications.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing, deploying, and supporting scalable cloud-based applications and services in enterprise environments.
Medical device or healthcare industry experience.
Knowledge of regulated software development environments and procedures.
