We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.Requirements:1-3 years of experience as a PMO / R&D project management from a software tech company.B.Sc. in Industrial-Engineering Management (or equivalent) from a leading university.Excellent Excel knowledge – Must.Knowledge in development life cycle (scoping, design, development, integration, and GA) – Must. SCRUM – big advantageAssertive, extremely good inter-personal capabilitiesFluent English, reading and writingMultitaskingAbility to work in a high intensity work environmentExperience working with Monday – an advantageAbout The Position:We are growing and looking for a talented PMO to join our R&D and Technology teamResponsibilities:Working closely with the PMO and management on central planning and control of R&D product & project managementManagement/control of development/implementation of features and customizationsPlanning of challenging capacity/content/timeline constraintsSetting and improving cross-departments processesDefining and measuring KPIs in the organizationThe PMO main interfaces are - R&D, Customer Success, Product.
