At Taboola, we currently work in a hybrid work model giving employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. We have offices in Ramat Gan and Beer Sheva and are looking to grow to additional locations such as Jerusalem, where our Taboolars have the opportunity to meet their teammates, connect with other teams, and socialize with friends.

What are some of the things you will do on a day-to-day basis?

Responsibility for the monthly billing cycle; ensure that the month end closing is executed timely and accurately.
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the monthly revenue recognition and gross profit.
Managing large data sets, Ability to generate regular revenue and performance reports, including dashboards and KPI tracking
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the billing cycle accuracy, Proactively seek opportunities to improve the team performance.
Reconciling the monthly billing data with NetSuite numbers
Preparing quarterly reports to the auditors.
Review and validate the data found in various reports corresponding to the agreements.
Managing customer contracts, billing schedules, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate revenue recognition
Working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets and reporting accuracy.
Providing solutions for billing-related issues.
Perform a monthly analytical review on the Advertisers and Publishers results.
Leading end-to-end projects with IS and other stakeholders, to enhance the company procedures.

What are the skills a good Billing & Revenue operations needs to have?

BA in Economist, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent that demonstrates quantitative and analytical orientation.
Detail oriented, responsible and organized.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent Excel skills
Systems oriented. Experience in Salesforce/NetSuite/Tableau is an advantage.
Familiar with accounting standards and SOX
Team player
Strong Communication Skills
Excellent English – written and verbal
SQL-advantage
Experience working with global companies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
