We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our Makhteshim manufacturing facilities . An exciting and challenging career opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual, who is passionate about process engineering and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Writing regular reports, constant improvement of production processes with an emphasis on improving the utilization of raw materials, reducing waste, improving output and energy efficiency.
Data collection and process improvement.
Manage production activities & monitor timelines.
Assistance in solving process problems in the production facilities.
Implementation of new technologies in the production facilities.
Employee training.
Writing work instructions.
Writing software instructions and performing simulations.
Close cooperation with R&D, engineering, maintenance, quality and production departments.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering - a must.
2-3 years in a similar role in the chemical industry.
Strong background in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Fluent English.
Ability to lead, oversee and manage projects.
High technical and engineering understanding.
Experience with equipment and engineering processes in production facilities in the chemical industry.
