Senior Sourcing Manager

In this role, your goal will be to lead indirect services, both reactive and strategic within the Contractors category focusing on Engineering Services and projects in ICL Israel sites.

You will be working as part of a team of Sourcing Managers and Operational Buyers in this category, your line manager, Head of Indirect Contractors and Projects. Also strong work relations with Amsterdam global teams and the CAPEX both global and in IL sites.

What will your responsibilities be?

-Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with the company's objectives

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, ensuring their capabilities meet the company's standards for quality, cost, and delivery.

-Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, with a focus on contractual and quality aspects.

-Foster effective communication between internal stakeholders-CAPEX&VE-GPO, including project managers, engineers and legal

-Manage and operate day to day activity in ICL SAP systems.

What are we looking for?

-Business / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

-At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project contracting

-Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on EPC/EPCM, Turnkey, and engineering projects

-Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Demonstrable track record of success in managing complex, cross-functional activities and developing/executing key procurement processes

-In depth understanding of Contracting & Legal / contract templates is a must

-High level English
