The candidate will be instrumental in developing best practices in planning, reporting and KPI’s while collaborating with HR and R&D leaders to provide holistic view on trends and proactively drives business decision striving for efficiencies.How you’ll spend your dayLead Global R&D Labor Economics - COL and FTEs consolidation and analysis in all planning and reporting cyclesImplementation of best practices and KPI’s including automation of calculations and analysisCatalyst in PLM/ resource management platform design, validation and implementation.Lead alignment on SAC/IPF HR/COL module and analyse implications on R&D moduleWork closely with GBS team support on FTE’s reporting and validationSimplify FTE’s allocations processBP to global R&D HR and finance.Responsibility for all R&D \inter business unit activities – Simplify I/BU process, leading transition to actual reporting with GBS, communication to all commercial and TGO counterpartsYour experience and qualificationsExperience and background in labor economics (BU focus or global support - TR, etc)Process management orientation and stakeholder management – mustAt least 8 years of proven experience in FPA rolesBSc in Industrial Engineering or economics or business admin - mustMA in economics / MBA – advantageIT orientation experience in Hyperion, SAP, SAC, BI - advantageMicrosoft Office tools and especially excel - mustWorking in a global environment with many interfaces – MustWorking independently – MustAbility to hold discussion and correspondence in English - MustEnjoy a more rewarding choiceAlongside the fulfilling work, the inclusive culture and great rewards, our employees are entitled to a holistic benefits package, which is aimed to provide services required to their, and their families`, physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
