About The Position

Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

The Head of Programat Fetcherr will oversee multiple high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. This leadership role involves driving execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives, managing interdependencies, and fostering collaboration between R&D, product, and business teams. The Program Director will also play a critical role in stakeholder communication, risk management, and direct team management to ensure the seamless delivery of Fetcherr’s AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a team of program and project managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Strategic Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-project programs that align with Fetcherr’s business goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage coordination between R&D, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between internal teams, executive leadership, and external customers, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Program Execution & Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure program success within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Performance Optimization: Establish and track KPIs, continuously assessing program impact and making data-driven adjustments.
Process Improvement: Implement best practices for program and project management, optimizing workflows for efficiency and scalability.
About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if you have...

10+ years of experience in program and project management, with leadership roles in both large corporations and startups at Series B or C funding stages.
At least 5 years of experience in direct management of teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex technical programs involving multiple R&D teams and diverse product lines.
Strong technical background, preferably in data science, engineering, or AI-driven products.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a strong track record in customer-facing roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail and execution excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
PMP certification is a plus.
Airline industry experience or knowledge of revenue management is an advantage.
