Align service operations to TU global standards.Oversee application and infrastructure support, including robust monitoring, alerting, and SRE‑style practices that reduce toil and drive continuous improvement.Engineering, Cloud & PlatformsLead engineering for data centers, networks, compute, storage and databases ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.Promote automation, configuration management, and platform standardization to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.Risk, Security & ComplianceDrive risk management, with strong information/cyber security awareness baked into design and operations; maintain audit‑ready controls and evidence.Ensure compliance with financial‑industry/regulated requirements and internal policies, own configuration, asset, and capacity management.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job TitleDirector, Infrastructure Engineering and Provisioning
