Construction Manager – Office Fit-Out and MEP SystemsOverviewSeeking a Construction manager to oversee office fit-out projects and building systems installations. Ideal for professionals with 0-3 years of experience looking to grow in construction management.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and coordinate on-site construction activities for office interior projects including finishes and MEP systems. Conduct daily site inspections, ensure compliance with specifications and schedules, document progress, and coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
RequirementsEducation (Mandatory): Building Technician, Civil Engineer, or Architect qualification

Experience: 0-3 years in construction, preferably in office fit-out or building systems

English: Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential)

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

People Management: Ability to lead site personnel and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
