Sales Account Manager – Chemicals for Home & Personal Care

*Position Overview: *

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and growing our significant market share, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the home care and personal care sectors.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.

* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the home care and personal care markets.

* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships, to drive growth in the region.

* Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications in home care and personal care to provide expert guidance to clients.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer feedback is considered in product development.

* Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

* Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
* 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the ingredients or chemicals industry, with a focus on home care and personal care markets.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
* Problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
