Technical Trainer / Writer (Electronics)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Trainer & Technical Writer to join our team. This role involves creating and delivering training programs, writing technical documentation, and supporting knowledge management for advanced electronic, defense, and power systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on training experience, and excellent writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and conduct training programs on complex electronic and defense systems, both in-person and online.

Prepare and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.

Write and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, maintenance procedures, and test protocols.

Collaborate with R&D teams, engineers, and production staff to gather technical information.

Assist in managing knowledge systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and documentation repositories.

Provide customer training in Israel and abroad.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in training, technical writing, or working with advanced technological systems (EW, UAVs, Motion Control, or Power Solutions).

Strong proficiency in RF principles, radar, and electronic warfare (advantageous).

Experience with ERP systems, LMS platforms, and SharePoint is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content.

Willingness to travel internationally for training assignments (up to two consecutive weeks).
