UX Designer Team Lead

An International B2C company is looking for a brilliant UX Designer Team Lead to join its team.

Responsibilities:

To lead a team of marketing and UIUX designers - full ownership for the Use experience, look & feel of all the company's marketing and product designs.
Create campaigns, ads & web pages for the company's paid acquisition activity.
Work closely with the acquisition teams and monitor relevant KPIs to optimize the creatives toward success.
Translate product functionality and technical details into simple-to-use flow, by using eCommerce best practices and combining great UI/UX with strong CTA - to achieve the goal of a higher conversion rate.
Work closely with the Content and Product team

Requirements:

5+ years of designing and developing innovative concepts for stunning marketing campaigns and eCommerce User experience
A strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles
2+ years of proven experience managing and leading a team in a professional web design environment.
Deep knowledge of web user experience, with a business result-oriented approach.
In-depth knowledge of key marketing platforms and performance media channels.
Familiarity with online marketing basic metrics & KPIs.
Professional, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
Willing and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
A “people’s person”, a team player with a ‘can-do attitude.
Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design - an advantage.
