AI Engineer

A fast-growing, well-funded startup, developing a revolutionizing business development AI-powered SaaS platform, is looking for an AI Engineer to be one of her founding team engineers.

As a Founding AI Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with the co-founders to shape the technical vision, develop cutting-edge AI solutions, and build the product from the ground up. This hands-on role requires deep technical expertise, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy ML and deep learning models, including LLMs.

• Integrate AI/ML solutions into our product, leveraging frameworks like LangChain and RAG techniques.

• Build and manage scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and quality.

• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and iteratively improve models.

• Set best practices in AI/ML and deep learning.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in AI/ML, deep learning, and data science.

• Strong Python skills with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Practical experience with LLMs, NLP, and cloud-based ML deployment.

• Proficiency in SQL, data pipelines (Spark, Airflow), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
