Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in iGaming.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in agile, DevOps, and industry compliance.

About the position:

The VP of R&D drives innovation and oversees the company’s research and development efforts in the B2B iGaming space. They ensure that R&D initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic goals while delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
