Dynamics of the Role

This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Process design and Monitoring -

He/she would be responsible for all DTC related process Audit to identify gaps.
Needs to align with compliance and finance team to ensure that the defined SOP’s are implemented and there are no gaps.
Create and monitor all DTC related process.
Enhance existing process to ensure readiness for scale complexity and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Compliance-

Support all aspects of statutory compliance and assist with the coordination of activities between Operational Controlling, Revenue Controlling and Business Finance
Assist with the maintenance of local statutory accounts and ensure ongoing compliance to local regulation for the local legal entities
Consistently monitor and identify improvement opportunities and drive required actions in policies/processes or areas of non-compliance for remedial action
Support compliance with all relevant global, regional or local policies, procedures and guidelines
Support change locally with regard to standardization and simplification initiatives as governed by the Global or Regional COE core teams or by DTC leadership
Maintain internal controls and SOX documentation and ensure effective control environment through active coordination
Support the local internal audit and compliance review assignments, including any SOX or distributed audits
Process owner for all compliance control activities and also conduct training & educate all employees on DTC Compliance as per governance framework.

Operations -

Conducting Skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
Define seller training plan and execute strategic initiatives by closely working with the sales leads and cross functional teams
Develop in-depth understanding of Transunion’s products and solutions
Liaison across functions such as ISG, Products, Operations & IT
Review on performance, analyze areas of improvement and work on action plan
Working on easy onboarding for new joiners

Program Management -

Responsible for implementing regulatory & Audit findings and manage actionable assigned for these initiatives.
Establish, implement, and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance with all regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements
Provide compliance risk and regulatory support for driving regulatory program
SPOC for all regulatory actionables.
Should be able to manage programs and implement projects within Transunion CIBIL independently.
Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Plan & report program execution. Track and Deliver projects based on project work plans across the Organization.
Regular interactions with functional leads on the issues related to the business and maintain necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired
Prepare weekly updates to mancom
Drive daily calls with stakeholders and working teams to ensure that deliverables are met

Contract Management –

Draft, evaluate, discuss and execute member contracts; Liaise with various internal teams for the same – Sales, Legal, Finance, Sales Ops, etc.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders by serving as a single point of contact for Member contractual matters.
Manage record keeping / database for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.

Impact You'll Make:

Experience and Skills - What we'd prefer to see
Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related field with 10 or more years of experience.
Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advice, and persuasively communicate with CXO’S, P&L and risk heads in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment
Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursue consultative client engagements to drive business growth. Independence, initiative, business acumen, and excellent verbal, story-telling written communication, and negotiation skills
Business maturity, and strong leadership and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, TransUnion associates, market and environmental trends, to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for growth
Program management, with the ability to own development of business pipeline and effectively coordinate internal resources and teams to maximize business conversion
Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred, collaborating across teams and functions
Sound working knowledge of office automation software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with exceptional presentation skills

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
