Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in web development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework, preferably React.
Proven experience leading the development of major features or applications in a production environment.
A track record of mentoring junior developers, and fostering their technical and professional growth.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability: You take pride in delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments.
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
