PlaxidityX (PX) is seeking a growth-driven Director of Business Development to lead our global strategic partnerships and channel development efforts. This role will focus on building high-impact collaborations with technology giants (e.g., Microsoft, Deloitte) and specialized automotive vendors, with a strong emphasis on technical integration and co-innovation. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with technical fluency—capable of independently shaping long-term, tech-powered growth opportunities from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Close Strategic Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and execute high-value partnerships that drive scalable growth.
Shape Joint Solutions: Work with partners and PX teams to define integrated offerings, aligning product capabilities, GTM strategies, and long-term vision.
Drive Partner-Led Growth: Lead co-innovation initiatives, craft compelling joint value propositions, and deliver execution excellence.
Navigate the Ecosystem: Stay ahead of trends and dynamics across the automotive and cybersecurity markets to inform strategy.

Requirements:

5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, GTM roles, pre-sales, or sales engineering involving technology integration.
Proven track record building and managing partnerships with or within large companies (e.g., Microsoft, Deloitte).
Strong technological skills with the ability to understand PX’s products and cybersecurity offerings at a technical level.
Self-starter, able to independently own and drive complex partnership motions end-to-end.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Advantages:

Background in cybersecurity (automotive domain experience is a plus).
MBA or relevant experience in product management.
Experience shaping channel programs or technical alliances.
Ability to translate technical depth into compelling GTM stories and joint offerings.
