Lab Technician - shifts

About The PositionGauzy is hiring students for our chemical production team.At List 3 shifts a week is requiredResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:synthesize materials in accordance with SOPs and work ordersRoutine treatment of production cycles of chemical reactions: mixing, cleaning, testing, documentation and storageSet up, perform, and accurately interpret and troubleshoot quality control for in process productManagement of material inventory in the laboratory on a weekly basis and report to the production managerAssure the proper use and cleaning of required equipment and laboratory as appropriateRecognize, evaluate, recommend, and implement ways to improve procedures and productsAdhere to safety SOPs and report potential safety hazardsTrain other Technicians and/or Assistants as requiredRequirementsOccupational background in science / chemistryExperience in laboratory work - an advantageBA student in engineering/ Chemistry / Biology/ Medical Sciences - an advantageExperience in Excel / OfficeAvailability for at least 3 shifts per week
