This role is responsible for providing leadership to individual contributors, identifying opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing R&D of new technologies. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to proactively improve the processes, reduce costs, drive schedules and resolve issues.ResponsibilitiesProvides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributorsSource and evaluate suppliers\technologies\solutionsCoordinating, managing, and leading programs to drive the engineering development and implementation of products and service offeringsActs as subject matter expert, identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategyManage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projectsEnsuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmapsDrive collaboration - Establishes technology and product goals with tech leads, partners, clients, and executive leadershipUses communication and program management skills to drive schedules and resolve issuesCommunicates project status and escalates issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external development partnersBuild and manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliersSetting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costsEnsures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resourcesProactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunitiesTechnically leads and/or executes engineering projects and spearheads research and development of new technologiesProvides people-care management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career developmentEnsures proper knowledge and career development tools are in place to support ongoing team member and process developmentRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5–10 years of relevant experience in supplier management within global environments.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.#LI-POST
