Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Algorithms to lead our algorithm development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing innovative algorithms to address complex challenges in deep learning domains. As a crucial member of our technical leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and ensuring the success of our projects.

Requirements:

A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
years of experience in algorithm development, with a proven track record of successfully leading algorithm teams.
Proficiency in Python
Strong knowledge of specific technologies, frameworks, or methodologies relevant to your industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of algorithm engineers and data scientists. • Define and execute the algorithm development roadmap, aligning it with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of algorithms into our products and solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in algorithmic research and implement best practices in algorithm development.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and identify opportunities for professional development within the team.
Oversee the design, development, testing, and optimization of algorithms for Vision AI
Evaluate and select appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies for algorithm development.
