What will you be responsible for?
Partner Ecosystem Development
Identify, evaluate, and validate high-impact partnership opportunities that align with Lusha’s strategic goals and growth priorities.
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, including executives, product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
Drive Commercial Impact
Lead end-to-end contract negotiations and structure commercial agreements that incentivize mutual growth, maximize profitability, and support long-term success.
GTM Strategy & Execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to design and execute joint go-to-market motions, including co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement programs, and co-selling initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
Serve as the internal advocate for partners, influencing product features and roadmap decisions based on market needs, partner feedback, and ecosystem trends.
Performance Optimization
Track, measure, and analyze partner performance to assess impact, uncover insights, and recommend optimization strategies.
Requirements
Here’s what we need from you:
7+ years of experience in technology and strategic partnerships, with a proven ability to identify, build, and scale high-impact partner ecosystems.
Demonstrated track record of developing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes and accelerate revenue growth.
Strong understanding of SaaS, automation platforms, workflow orchestration tools, and RevOps technologies, with the ability to evaluate how integrations and joint solutions create customer and commercial value.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels - from engineering teams to C-suite executives.
Highly skilled negotiator with strong relationship-building capabilities and experience leading complex commercial discussions.
Ability to rapidly understand technical concepts, APIs, and integration workflows, and translate them into clear business opportunities for both internal teams and external partners.
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
