R&D Program Manager

We are in search of an experienced R&D Program Manager which interact with cross-organization functions, such as SW, Algorithms, delivery and Product: Plan and support R&D in the development process, Measure and improve KPIs, presenting various dashboards and tools to management., Play an integral role in product development from the R&D perspective, understanding the bigger picture across various processes, Plan resources, communicate conflicts, and collaborate with external resources, including integrators and freelancers, Contribute to product design, Collaborate with product, project/delivery, and QA management, as well as integrators and freelancers, Possess strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude towards time management and deliverables, Work closely with R&D and Product departments to ensure alignment and synergy in operations.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in multidisciplinary program management encompassing software/cloud, algorithm, and hardware domains.
Proactive, assertive, and persuasive, with strong conflict resolution abilities.
Customer and integrator-facing skills, with proficiency in product assimilation.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Fluent in English.
Excellent cross-cultural and verbal communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical abilities.
Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in AI and algorithms is advantageous.
