SaaS Platform Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize in-depth knowledge of NetSuite or ServiceNow to manage platform development.
* Demonstrate excellent business understanding to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
* Leverage experience as a developer, preferably on NetSuite or ServiceNow, to develop and implement solutions.
* Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 4 years' experience working with NetSuite or ServiceNow.
* Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Proven coding experience in NetSuite or ServiceNow.
* Experience in managing and leading a team of developers.
* Experience with agile development methodologies.
* Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
* Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
* Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
* Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
